The warranty for products posted on the site is 12 months from the date of sale

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the seller shall carry out warranty repair/replacement of the goods in accordance with the applicable law.

For warranty service, the customer must confirm the date of purchase and an identity document.

Products with traces of mechanical damage or improper use (traces of interaction with alkaline detergents, toilet water, products containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments, as well as as a result of other external factors, including self-repair) are not subject to repair/exchange within the warranty period. Also, jewelry with traces of prolonged contact with water is not subject to warranty service

Jewelry that is not covered with precious metals is covered by a 6-month warranty.
