Return policy

You can return the product within 14 days. To do this, please contact us in a way convenient for you.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging and tapes.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition.

The goods are returned: at the buyer’s expense if the goods are of good quality, at the seller’s expense if the goods are defective.

For a free return, you can use Nova Poshta’s Easy Return service.

The basis for a refund is an application for the return of goods, a copy of the passport and a receipt. The funds are transferred to the buyer in the same way as the goods were paid for. The crediting time is 1-3 banking days.

Exceptions for international shipments:

Upon receipt of the order, you must inspect the goods in the presence of the representative of the courier service that delivered the order. In case of damage to the packaging or the goods, you must file a complaint with the delivery service representative and record all damage. Your product is insured for the amount of the purchase, so if it is damaged during transportation, you will be refunded the amount of the order.

Please note: Returns are made at the buyer’s expense. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
